Charles Leclerc dedicates his victory to his dad and Jules Bianchi

Charles Leclerc had a thought for his father Hervé, who died at the age of 54 in 2017, as well as for his friend Jules Bianchi,
who died in 2015 after a terrible accident at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix.
